Residences above the 2oth floor will have the best views (due to future construction planned around the building) and will probably start at around $1.7 million for the smaller 2 bedroom floor plan. 3 Bedroom plus den floor plans will be on floor 33 thru 40 and start at $2.8 million and go all the way to around $4.2 million.
New BOSA Sister Tower Announced!
A new BOSA condo tower is coming (estimated for 2022) in the parking lot directly south of the Grande South Tower and north of the new Pacific Gate condo tower. This parking lot previously own by the Irvine Company in which a new 34 story office building was supposed to be built was sold to BOSA and a new sister tower to Pacific Gate will be built instead if the city agrees to rezoning the land use from commercial to residential. This tower is projected to be 45 stories, 490 feet high with 296 condo residences. The bottom floor would include 15,130 square feet of retail space. The design would be very similar to the sister tower and the same design firm will be in charge of this project.
