Downtown San Diego 2nd Quarter 2012 Luxury Condo Sales

The downtown San Diego condominium market in general continues to exhibit signs of strengthening with continued high demand for downtown Real Estate and prices rising steadily since late 2011.

The market for downtown San Diego luxury condominiums was slower to pick up but has been very strong for the past two quarters with an increasing number of sales above the $1 million mark.

This sale was for penthouse residence that sold as new construction directly by the developer BOSA. Great pricing per foot for such a high quality residence and protected views of the bay.
