There is a limited amount of luxury condos in downtown San Diego as the market only offers about 14 high rise buildings that could be placed within the “luxury” category. We include in the luxury category those buildings with upscale finishes, quality fixtures, full service amenities and desirable locations.

Due to limited supply and high demand in the downtown San Diego condo market in general prices for luxury condominium residences continued to rise in the 3rd quarter of the 2013 calendar year.

Below we summarize the sales activity for downtown San Diego luxury condominium residences.
