Marina San Diego Condos on Market St

The Marina District of downtown San Diego is the most established of all neighborhoods. With just a few empty lots for new development this district is pretty much built out and offers a terrific location close to all the shops, cafes, bars and restaurants in the Gaslamp, a grocery store, horton plaza shopping mall and the San Diego bay.

The availability of condos in downtown San Diego is limited as inventory has been drastically reduced throughout 2012 and the situation with San Diego Marina District Condos is no different. With 7 luxury high rises and a variety of mid rise buildings the Marina offers a nice variety of property types and styles however inventory at the moment is quite limited.

Throughout 2012 the Marina district had 190 condo sales wit an average sales price of $656,773. The average price per square foot for a San Diego Marina district condo in 2012 was $452 up from $415 in 2011.
