East Village San Diego View Condo

Downtown San Diego East Village is the largest of downtown’s neighborhoods. With lots of room for development and many planned redevelopment projects in the years to come this district presents incredible opportunities to get in the early stages of what promises to be one of downtown’s best place to live.

With close proximity to the Gaslamp and the San Diego bay front thru the Harbor Drive pedestrian bridge residents of East Village San Diego condos enjoy a central location with fast access to food, entertainment, San Diego’s main freeways and sporting venues.

Real Estate in the East Village is varied with a few luxury condo buildings, a nice selection of high rises and mid rises and the best loft building in the city: Park Loft.

Throughout 2012 there were 238 condo sales in the East Village which was the most active neighborhood for condo sales in downtown San Diego. The average price for an East Village condo in 2012 was $381,901 while the average price per square foot for an East Village condo in 2012 was $372 up from $343 in 2011.
