Cortez Hill Condo San Diego Discovery

The Cortez Hill District of downtown San Diego is considered the quietest and most peaceful in the city as it is comprised mostly of residential buildings with no offices, retail or much commercial land use in the area. Due to the characteristics of the land use in the area and the neighborhoods location car traffic is very limited contributing to the peacefulness of the district.

There is a nice selection of property types and styles if you are shopping for a Cortez Hill condo including several high rise buildings, some mid rise buildings and some choices when it comes to town home style residences.

Throghout 2012 there were 79 condo sales in the Cortez Hill district with an average sales price of $342,297. The average price per square foot for a Cortez Hill condo in 2012 was $326 up from $296 in 2011.
