The lowest priced sale at Bayside for 2012 was $460,000 for a 2 bed 2 bath with 1,196 sq ft on the 4th floor. This average to about $385 per foot.
The most expensive sale on the building overall was for a 30th floor 2 bed plus den condo with 1,886 sq ft that sold for $1,585,000 (or about $809 per foot). This specific condo features panoramic views of the city and the bay.
Average sales price for a condo at Bayside in 2012 was $871,455.
